Last weekend, Madison, Bethany, AJ and I headed out to have some fun and get some family pictures for announcements that they wanted to send out. AJ just finished medical school and will begin his residency in Tucson-super accomplishment and lots of hard work and long hours ahead with his residency. They are such a beautiful family, inside and out! 5 months ago, they brought little Madison into this world and they have been wanting to get some fun pictures of them as a family- so that is what we did. I had so much fun getting to know them a little better and playing with Miss M. She was so sweet and very sleepy- a little cat napper- so sweet. But beside her sleepiness, we were able to get a lot of great images! And of course at the end when she was good and tired- we let her doze off as we took more pictures! I have lots of favorites (as usual) but I am posting an handful here!
******UPDATE**** I cannot believe I forgot to write about this- it was so funny to me. As I round the corner to meet the family- I see AJ and Madison sitting and Aj has a burp cloth and Maddy is so lovingly drooling/spittin gup on him and he so casually wipes it off. We meet up with Bethany and start taking a few pictures- at one point, I offer to hold the beautiful girl- while mom and dad sit on the grass and get into “position” as soon as I have her in my arms- up it came- spit up! Then straight down it went- right down my shirt all over my chest and into my bra- I was soaked! Being a mom of four kids- I was totally not bothered by the situation and was happy that it was me and not one of them (although I was told that they all had extra clothes- just incase) Funny how things like that become part of life once you have your own kids-

AJ “The pictures are awesome! You deserve a raise.” I couldn’t agree more. We had such a great time with you (& Chad & Paisley). I can’t wait to see the rest!
PS – I was waiting to read the recap of Maddy’s spit-up…hee hee

Oh my goodness- totally forgot about that- my brain must be really out of service! HA! I am going to have to add an update to the post- thanks so much for reminding me! I am so happy you love these- there are so many great ones- off to update the post
